Questions We Hear Often
We love curiosity. Here are answers to the most common questions we hear at Wildberry.
Q. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A. WWe’re nestled in the heart of Crownsville, Maryland on our family’s fourth-generation farm. When you visit Wildberry, you’re stepping into a piece of local history — fields, woods, and the beginnings of a new brewery that’s being grown from the ground up. See a map here.
Q. WHAT IS WILDBERRY NOW?
A. Wildberry Farm + Brewery is a family-run farm transitioning into a farm brewery and hospitality destination. We’ve closed the Field Markets and are now creating a more intentional experience rooted in farm-grown ingredients, community connection, and seasonal events.
Q. WHEN WILL THE BREWERY OPEN?
A. We are currently in a six-month build-out phase, growing our own barley and hops and preparing the field for our production facility. The brewery will open in stages, beginning with our outdoor pavilion space in 2026, followed by full beer production once county requirements are met.
Q. WHAT CAN I DO AT WILDBERRY RIGHT NOW?
A. Right now, we host:
• Seasonal events
• Small workshops
• Special farm-to-table dinners (coming soon!)
As we grow the brewery, we’ll be opening more ways to visit and experience the farm.
Q. DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?
A. Yes! Most of our seasonal goods- like candles, teas, salts, and linens- ship nationwide. Farm-fresh items (like eggs, flowers and produce) are available for local pick-up only. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Q. CAN I VISIT ANY TIME?
A. Wildberry is currently open only during designated events and farm hours. Please check our website or Instagram for upcoming dates.
Q. ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
A. Dogs are allowed, but they must be leashed at all times. Please clean up after your dog before you leave!
Q. IS THE FARM KID FRIENDLY?
A. Absolutely. Wildberry is a working family farm and we welcome children with open arms. We simply ask that all children are supervised, as we have livestock, equipment, and active agricultural areas.
Q. DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS?
A. Yes, portable restrooms are available for all events.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE FARM?
A. The ground is uneven, shoes will get dusty, and the breeze can shift quickly. We recommend comfortable footwear, layers, and whatever makes you feel at home on the land.
